I updated this model, and discovered it's now a collector's item…

Camel train…the camels are just spectacular IMO.

Your thoughts?

Are they EBOB's…hmmmm

Yes it looks like EBOB's fine work plus some extras

28mmMan, I share your opinion. They are wonderful! Richard

Those are some mighty fine figures, especially the camels.

As strange as it may seem, I have never seen a bad 25/28mm camel.
I really like the Hinchliffe and Ral Partha ones. Minifigs were quite nice too.

Never met a camel you didn't like, eh John? grin

Well, it's a step up from sheep. Literally. You need a step up. grin

But how accurate are their toes?

KnightTemplarr29 Jun 2012 7:48 p.m. PST

I bought some last weekend. They are really well cast, super clean almost no prep work.

Lol I was so distracted by the camel detail work that I missed the write up next to the picture

"Camel Train

Somewhat off the beaten path, and tending more towards the Victorian side of Hinterland, we have here a party of stalwart Victorian explorers, crossing the vast Sahara on their ships of the desert, led by a young Bedouin boy. These miniatures are sculpted by EBob"

Perry Beja camels without riders and bits added. Pound for pound, absolutely the best I came across.

I'm pretty sure they are from Artizan's Lawrence of Arabia range.

Yes they are lovely and I'd like to add them to my collection but then again the Perrys also do a pretty tidy camel.
