GH has always provided top notch service. They always go above and beyond to make thier customers happy.

However, I made another routine order of ACW from the Pendraken line last winter. For some reason, GH didn't recieve 2 packs. On April 6th, I made an additional order, and requested that the two missing packs be added to the new order. Now it's almost 3 months later, and GH basically says that it's not my fault because Pendraken won't send the packs.

So what I'm wondering is, did some of you put a major order in for acw marching, or is Pendraken streched to the limit financialy, or is there some friction between the two companies?

Well, I deal directly with Pendraken and never have problems. They are great folks to work with. I suggest you contact them directly

No clue. I order from Pendraken directly. I know that they had some delays while they moved into a new facility. I try to avoid ordering from distrubutors unless they have the actual product in stock, I find that the more moving parts involved the more likely things will get botched.

I just did an order to Pendraken in the UK from the US. Their shipping prices are very reasonable so no reason not to deal directly with the source.

The ACW line is being redone and should be available at anytime, with luck by the end of July. I suspect US availability to be limited as a result. No reason to restock when theres going to be brand new ones arriving at any time. The new sculpts are wonderful and worth the wait. Should check out the forum

Hi moonhippie, apologies for any hassle you're experiencing.

We've had four trade orders from Great Hall this year, all containing ACW codes, so I'm not sure which ones were yours?

It normally takes us around 21 days to complete and ship a trade order, and the first three were done and sent, the last one being shipped in the middle of May. There's been nothing back to say any of them were incomplete?

The latest order was placed with us on the 18th of this month, and we were asked to rush it through, so it's just been finished today. We'll be getting it packaged up tonight/tomorrow and booking the courier to pick up Friday hopefully.

If you've got the list of missing packs, either let me know here, or pop us an email through, and I'll confirm that they'll be in this package.

And if there's anything else I can help with, please let me know.

To clarify, you placed an order for Pendraken miniatures through Great Hall Games, and did not receive all of your order? Where you refunded what you paid for the packets that did not arrive?

I apologize for any shortages and delays. The fault is entirely on our end and we have seen several changes of personnel since January and some things are falling through the cracks.

I am still trying to sort through what we own to whom. Please send an email to info@greathallgames.com so we can get it all sorted out.

Thanks,

Rob

Space Ghost; They never charge for what they don't send.

Leon Pendraken: Thank you very much for your concern. Your new line of acw looks really great. But the thing is, I went old school on this project. I invested a few hundred dollars buying packs of your acw line. It was precisely the limited number of poses per pack that pursuaded me. My individual union brigades consist of a single pose. For example; union kepi with backpack and a long stride marching. They are extremely easy to see from a long distance, and clearly identifies which brigade an individual regiment is from.

Maybe I'm being to anal, but I have 132 of them, with a goal of a minnimum of 180. I only get about 5 per pack, but I have an order with Great Hall which should put me over 160.

The thing is, although your new acw looks really great, and even though the pose may be similar, what I would wind up doing is adding a few additional stands to a unit that looks out of place.

Ahhh, you should have popped us an email through, we could have just sent you the exact pose(s) you wanted!

With the rest of the project, if there's anything specific you need, either let GHG know, or drop me an email, and we'll get it sorted out for you.

That's good to know. But I will be buying all of the extra packs that you sent GHG, so I will be good to go. Now I will only have to deal with the fact that I am adding over 500 infantry to my lead pile. That should keep me busy for quite a while.
