A few days ago, I posted on TMP a note on the formation of a new miniatures company, aimed at producing fast-asembly,
hard plastic vehicles of SCW and early WWII (see TMP link ).

Just wished to acknowledge you all that a blogsite has been created, in order to show info on eventual news about current works and new projects prospection, as well as all that stuff related to the new make consolidation. It is located at minairons-news.blogspot.com .

The model looks very good. I'll watch for future developments.

Very keen to see these in 1:100 or 15 mm.

Cheers,

Looks good – I'd love them in 1/56th.

That looks very nice, the choice of Breda or MG34 armament is a great idea.

I'll have some 1/72 ones please!

1/100 for me. And armored cars are something that you'd need *lots* of, so they're a good candidate for injection-molded plastic.

Actually, trucks in general would be cool, since you need lots and lots of them, but I can't really afford enough of them to field historical numbers.

Another vote for 1/72!

Good Luck to you!

1/100 would be wonderful. As Lion said: Plenty of armored cars, too!

1/72 scale! Plus the Breda turret is an added bonus for me as I can use 'em for sci-fi conversion projects…evil grin

Again, I hate to be the negative one and I apologize. But is the angle of the glacis correct? It could be just the angle of the picture above and the bottom one on the blog of the assembled Panzer I A that is exaggerating it to me.

T.26's, and in 1/72!!M

If I were voting for a new easy assembly model, I'd agree strongly with the above quote!

For me it looks very fine and would (will) make for great additions for late Interwar or even early war Imagi-Nations. I'll agree with the armoured car trend, the ones in the SCW (Chevies, UNLs, BAs and those) looked very cool and would add to what I stated above while complementing existing cheap ranges like Zvezda, both in 1/72 and 15 mm.

Anyways it is a great idea and a great start, with the 20mm. option. I think you have tilted my balance to 15 mm for ImagiNations in that era. Now I only have to go converting PSC and WF germans…

But is the angle of the glacis correct?

Sure it is. At least, as long as the blueprints the design is based on are correct… evil grin

Jokes apart, I checked the prototype dimensions with similar models (both Ausf. B and A) from other makes, either plastic or resin. It looks consistent to these.

AMEN, Brothers! Can I get a Hallelujah?!!evil grin

Hungary used Panzer I Auf. Bs, while KMT China used Auf. As.

As a sci-fi gamer, affordable hard plastic fast assembly tanks like this are a real handy basis for all sorts of conversion projects. A *small* subject like the Panzer I is especially welcome for 15mm conversion projects.

I for one will look forward for this to become a reality.

True, Minairons' Panzer I A will come not only with Spanish Nationalist decals, but early German and Kuomintang Chinese too. :)
