Simple French fort in Alabama during the French and Indian War was Fort Toulose near modern Montgomery. It controled the juncture of the Alabama, Coosa and Tallapoosa rivers. The remains are now part of a historical park. the War of 1812 Fort Jackson was rebuilt but the foundation of Fort Toulose can be seen. nice gift shop as well. |

Happy for that Eleve de VAuban and good luck with your trip to Sicily. Take note that bestofsicily.com/dining.htm Recomended "Cucina Papoff", "Osteria dei Vespri", "La Bufalaccia" for pizza and "L'Ancora" for sea food. Best of the best!. Amicalement Armand |
