Emailed Wargamer in Poland a couple of days ago to check up on the progress of the translation and and a few other questions. I received an answer from Konrad Sosinski who's in charge over at Wargamer and one of the two authors of the rules.

The reply included the status of the rule translation and upcoming additional content.

Check it out on my blog here: link

Sample army lists and base sizes would be nice to get us going with at least something to think about, do… or to plan for.

Bases are

4x2cm for infantry and commanders on foot
4x3cm for cavalry and regimental commanders
4x4cm for artillery and divisional general

About army lists, yeah that would be good but you would also need lists describing what the regiments look like. The later would also be a good guide to how many boxes and of what kind you need to buy. Contact wargamers English support directly through: byfireandsword@wargamer.pl and ask them to help you out or if they could publish some sample OoB's.
