Figures are by Crusader although the officer is a Foundry figure and the standard bearer on the left is by Elite.

The flag 'ribbons' are from Eureka. I have no idea the code but if you drop Nic an email he should be able to help.

Front Rank also makes the French finial and cravat for the French standards. Those Crusader French look really nice.
