I need some good quality flags for my 1806 Prussians. I like a good, large flag even its technically oversize.

Vaubanner Graphics seems to offer a complete range for the regiments of 1806 but from the website I cant tell the dimensions.

Anyone used Vaubanner Graphics 15mm flags before?

Try Fighting 15s – they have early Prussian flags

Nick,
Allot of choices here for 1806 Prussians.

I have not used Vaubanner Graphics or seen them.

I do have GMB which are beautiful flags and more in scale to the figures. They fit perfectly on the AB flag poles and are sized 14mm on the staff.

Old Glory Flags which are a little bigger at 16mm on the flag staff. Not all the regiments are produced though.

Maverick Models, they will resize to your needs.

Flag Dude are 18.5mm on the pole, you'll have to drill out the hands as they come on a flagstaff.

I know you already know this, but for anyone one who dosen't. You need to look at the 7years War Prussian flags as these are what were in use in 1806-07.

My pet project for the last decade has been all the Prussian regiments at jena auerstadt at 1:20 scale. I have used Fighting 15 AB flags as they have all the flags. They look good and fit the AB poles.

John,
I was fortunate to have the money and painters to paint the figures. I still need to finish off the Saxon artillery and command. Any idea w hat figures would work for Saxon generals?

Still need to place the flags on the poles. GMB are the best flags but I don't think Grahame had all the flags at the time I ordered . I still like the AB flags.

Andrew,
Not sure on Saxon Generals, but I wonder how close the new French Revolutionary Austrian Staff group is to some of the Saxons?

Hi Andy

I have Infantry Regts 1 to 54 along with the Kurassiers and Dragoons. I just need to re-scale the Hussars to add those too. They can be found in the SYW (15mm) section of the site.

Andrew,
I have the staff group also, but I've never seen plates on the Saxon Generals for this time period. Let me know how close they are though.
