We already nitpicked the Gettysburg Cyclorama for accuracy but I think concluded it's a great work of art. So
.which is a better work of art: G'burg or Atlanta? Which do you like better (it may be different than which you think is technically better as pure art)? |

I liked Atlanta better
it had 3D figures integrated into it. Mark |

Atlanta. I liked the seating that turned and the 3D model placed before the mural. |

I second Waterloo! Then Atlanta, then Gettysburg. |

Atlanta is better. What makes it better than Gettysburg is that the guests sit in the middle and the seats rotate to study the painting. It's easier for us short fellas who can't get to the front of the herd. |

I thought the 3D figures in the Atlanta Cyclorama were WPA work from the 1930s. I didn't like them – thought they clashed with the style of the painting. |

I remember Waterloo, but not the cyclorama. Never been to Atlanta. Gettysburg's the best, artistically speaking IMHO. |
