Here are a few impressions of the very nice Impact Con in Uden. Following the press link at the bottom of the message wil yield some more.

What figures were the cuirassiers at the bottom? At first I thought Spencer Smith or Minden, but when I clicked, maybe 1/72 plastic?

Regardless, very nice! Have suggested this to some friends in Brussels.

As I wrote on the blog, they are plastic 1/72 HaT and Zvezda Russian Nappy cuirassiers, fitted with IMEX AWI infantry heads.

Glad you liked them.

…No 28mm?

I'm afraid not. All the figures we used in the game were 1/72 plastics and some metals by Irregular Minis.

I have no objection whatsoever against 28mm, mind you. I own hundreds of them for especially Ancients and Steampunk, but AWI, as are the WW1, SF and Colonial periods I play with 1/72, if only for nostalgic and occasional monetary reasons.
