Noorderhaven or Noorderpoort are both fine.

'Poort' is however, a somewhat old-fashioned word in this context, but still found in many toponomic names to indicate harbour-like places (e.g. Nieuwpoort (Newport) at the Belgian Northsea coast). Then, some modern harbour complexes are sometimes named '…poort' as well (e.g. Europoort Rotterdam).

If you want to give an old-fashioned swing to it, add an e at th end: 'Noorderpoorte'.

The Dutch word 'poort' also can indicate a gate on land. E.g. A medieval town might have 4 gates in its town wall: Noord(er)poort, Zuid(er)poort, Oost(er)poort, West(er)poort.
