Comments or corrections?

Hey all,

I am in need of some help. I recently placed an order for some flags from Cotton Jim's flags. I paid for the items through paypal, but all week my order on the website has been listed as "awaiting fullfillment". I sent messages via the website and have received nothing back. A few years ago this happened to me as well but I had found a phone number and talked to Jim on the phone, who told me that he hadn't checked orders in quite awhile and I ended up placing the order again over the phone.

So, I'm a bit worried about my order and there is no phone number contact info through the website. Can anyone help me? Does anyone know Jim, or have a way of talking to him? Has this happened to anyone recently? Thanks so much.

Any general guidelines about how long is normal?

I just sent an email through TMP's listing, will that go through?

It's a product of Jim doing his "real job;)" and how busy he is at it. Generally he is pretty quick.

Just an FYI, even though the webstore still reads my status as "Awaiting Fulfillment", my packaged actually arrived in just a couple days.
