1776 and Jesus Christ Superstars. Two favorites are when the courier starts singing about Lexington, always makes me tear up, since this is what war comes down to. Some lad somewhere bleeding out on the ground, crying out for his mother . In the other one it is at the end when Judas is asking Christ if it was worth it as he carries the cross to the hill. I do love a good musical. |

There was an all-singing, all-dancing issue of the The Demon back in the day. The various lines were sung to different tunes and, although I've never seen it performed, it is my favourite musical. |

Oh right, and Superstar for its' grip and drive
my cast had folks, including some religious, crying in the crucifixion scene! Fun times! (Theatre, not making people cry!) |

Singin' in the Rain is a fave. I had forgotten about 1776, but that is also excellent. Doug |

Les Miz, theres a movie coming in December. But really also like Fiddler on the Roof. Sweeney Todd is great to see around Halloween. Then there is Momma Mia, Guys and Dolls and Cabaret. |
