I didn't like the first appearance of the Silurians. Not that I didn't like the concept, just hated the costumes and the whole third eye thing. The later episode, with the 5th Doctor, that had them teaming up with their aquatic cousins The Sea Devils, seemed to do away with the 'eye beam that can burn through walls'. I really like the new way the Silurians are portrayed in the new series. So far my vote would be for Omega, from The Three Doctors, and his one armed death ray shooting lumps of kitty litter minions. |

That green monster played by Peter Kay, or the pantomime horse thing (Myrka) from Warriors of the Deep. And another vote for Omega's lumpy bodyguards. |

The licourice all sorts monster. That's when who finally jumped the shark, threw in a couple of somersaults and sunk without trace whilst destroying fond childhood memories for me. |

Does Bonnie Langford count as a villain? She certainly wasn't totty-companion! |

The Happiness Patrol. Terrible. |
Dynaman8789 | 29 May 2012 1:41 p.m. PST |
The valyard (I think that was the name) from trial of a time lord. Davros was good but certainly outstayed his welcome too |

The Vampires from Vampires of Venice were fairly weak too. And the Captain from Pirate Planet. |

The BBC Board of Governors. It had to be said. |

Wow ! The maggots were terrifying ! The Martian mummy robots – that may be the BEST STORY EVER. No, I take that back. IT IS THE BEST STORY EVER. What a wonderful season that was, with Baker being Sherlock Holmes, meeting "Frankenstein", being in an Edwardian "ghost story", having a HG Wells adventure
..just superb. The Slitheen are pure crap. |
