I'm interested in reading accounts of small scale skirmishes during the TYW and am in search of source material. Can anyone help me out?

Nothing? I've read reams of stuff on big battles, campaigns, logistics, politics, and more but precious little on small actions.

When we started in the period a couple of years ago I noted the same thing. Plenty of references to small actions but very little available in book form in English.

Try browsing German museum websites and local landmarks from the period. One of our players had managed to pull a dozen or so well described events off of the internet that way.

Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try.
