I just made it home, The convention games were for the most part improved upon from when I attended in 2010. I had a lot of fun. Sometimes the smaller conventions have a more intimate feel. I will post some pics as soon as I can

I had a great time also! I also had a nice chat with Bob and his dog.

Drums is a quality event. I always have a great time there. Next weekend will be more gaming fun at Ft. Meigs. A few of us are are going back to the fort on the 26th to demo some games during the 1813 Siege re-enactment.

I played a game in 6mm, one in 15mm and one in 25mm. I always have a good time there. The gift shop has some quality books, and the fort is always nice to walk around.

I was there with my ten-year-old son and we both had a great time. Everyone we met was absolutely fantastic.

We played our first game of Check Your 6 Jet Age and my son loved it (he bagged a Mirage). Right after the game Dave set us up with planes and is mailing the rules -- my son can't wait to read them (he's far better at remembering rules than I am).

When we were there, everything ran smoothly, and everyone was having a good time. We can't wait to go back.
