Anyone any experience of ordering these figures direct from Spain to Britain. Prices look good with some offers on. No hint at the postage though? |

Or you can order from the UK stockist
warmodelling.co.uk The Spanish site has a fixed €12.00 EUR postal charge from what I remember. |

Well, it has taken about 4 weeks for them (spanish store) to ship after payment made, and all figures have not always been packed, or wrong figures packed a couple of times. Apart from that they are nice enough and apologietic about delays and mistakes.. |

I had some problems ordering from the UK site with PayPal, so ordered from Spain. The order took about four weeks, but arrived as requested. The Colonel |

Only just picked up on this thread. Can "The Colonel" please let me know what problems he had and I'll try to make sure they don't happen again or to anyone else. I can get UK customers in-stock items within 7 days and the shipping costs will be a lot less than those from Spain! Cheers Mike Oliver Director – Battle Models Ltd warmodelling.co.uk |

Dear All, As you may be aware, lately there is been a merger between Capitan Miniatures and Warmodelling. Right now we are Warmodelling Miniatures, we were aware that in 2012 some problems arised in relationship to the delivery of orders. We want to apologize for the inconvenience, and as stated by Mike above, he at Battle Models, and other companies in the UK are stocking our products now. Obviously, recent changes that can not solve the problem backwards. Anyway, as always, we are open to any comment or suggestion from our clients. Mike in the UK and I in the Balearic Islands remain at your disposal for any clarification all you may need. Bartolome Mayol Warmodelling Miniatures Customers Manager |
