I don't see any buttons to send one when I click on the user's name. |

There should be a "P" button by their name, but only if they are Supporting Members. Otherwise, you are out of luck. |

You don't have to click on the user name: the p button is in a grey box (possibly right of a Blue 'Fezz' box) right of the green boxed tmp supporter logo, which is to the right of the name: Volstagg TMP F P 03 May 2012 12:20 p.m. PST but (as has been said) only paying members- You can ask Bill to forward a PM to non-members; he'll do that for a good cause= |

The Editor can PM anyone and you can reply to him. However you, as a non-supporting member, cannot send or receive a PM from anyone else. |

Basic Members can PM me, and they can respond to PMs they have received (i.e., if a Supporting Member's membership lapsed, and he had previously received a PM from Member X, he could still send PMs to Member X by replying to the existing PM in his inbox). |
