Hi Armand: They did a good job, didn't they?!? It was a lot of fun and I was impressed by the display. 3 cheers to Martin Gane, Ian Spence and Des Darkin & 3 cheers to South London Warlords for a great convention. John |

There are some more pictures in our albums – facebook.com/slwarlords – in the Warlotds games album. And no, you don't have to join Facebook to see them. Cheers, Colin |

Thanks very much for posting these photos and your nice comments on the game. It really was a pleasure meeting so many people who were interested in the period. We really enjoyed talking to you all and talking about the game and the figures. There was a lot of surprise that the armies on display were plastic figures, and we hope that they may inspire people to build armies for this period. Once again, thanks to all of you who visited our game. |

That is amazing
it is a dream for us South American wargamers ( even the ones living north of the Rio Grande these days :) )
. The terrain and minis look great
I think it would tempt anyone to jump into the period congratulations ! and thanks for the pics Armand

Agreed, Great job guys. Ayacucho is a tough one to display as there are so few terrain features to 'set off' the table. The shear color and variety of the armies pretty much defines the appeal of the game visually. The 1/72 figures really help in this regard. It was great to catch up with a number of Liberator notables and looking forward to more Liberator goodness this year. Regards Rolf |

It looked very good. Also, seeing Ayacucho prevented me from buying 28mm plastic figs as I saw what can be done with 20mm. Bonus :) |

Hola Francisco! You're the Francisco I've done work for, right? I know you know my handle on here
These figs are quite good. I thought they were the 15mm Liberators stuff at first. I love the general limping off between two aides de camp. What make 20mm are those? They look a good bit better than other lines I've seen

Yes that is me
Yes those minis are great, I believe they've done lots of conversions
great work.. I've done my Maipu armies with the Liberators line. I still need to add pictures of the Lanceros you painted for me
and run a game with them.. ( I'm hoping to get them on a General de Brigade game soon )
cheers Francisco |

The conversions are by my colleague Martin. His command groups are superb, all individually converted to suit a particular incident. The three figure combination above are from the Charge Of The Light Brigade sets, combining a number of figures from different sets. As for the next project
..I have 30 "gaucho" irregular cavalry to convert from Imex Mexican infantry and HaT Cossacks ! |
