Placed an order a couple of weeks ago. Got the ack for the order (and saw the CC charge go by). Nothing sense. Atypical for them. No response to an email follow-up. Anyone heard anything? |

Maybe it has to do with Salute or another event and/or vacations? Ordered from 3 sellers in the UK and -unless the country has recently disappeared- I haven't heard from any of these (usually reliable) people. |

I normally find that whatever I've ordered turns up a couple of days after sending an e-mail about my order (never had a reply…). Mick |

Salute throws a lot of people off. I'd be interested what percentage of a years income comes from Salute and other shows. |

I imagine it was just Salute. My typical experience is the auto-generated order confirmation, followed by a note when the order has been "processed," followed by a note when the order has been shipped. Usually in 2 or 3 days for all that, then whatever it takes to get here in the post. This time it was just the first, two weeks ago. Happily I received the notice the order was shipped today. |

um TAG do not go to Salute and had no Salute deals on website, Pete also does some other work for other companies so if they attended Salute and needed extra castings may have had some impact, but would not expect that to be the reason. I expect Pete is busy as he makes moulds/casts/packs etc. Give TAG a ring! All the best, Mark. |
