The Topkapi Palace Museum in Istanbul does not have a digital collection of its manuscript illustrations, but the Turkish Cultural Foundation has photos in the Nurhan Atasoy Archive.
Their database is searched by entering a country, then a city from the results, then an institution, then an artifact type.
For the Topkapi Palace Museum this gives 1,303 photographs of miniatures – a lot to look through each time you search for a manuscript.
To make this easier, first there is the list below of manuscript captions. Search or browse this for manuscript names, ms numbers (Hazine), ms names, artist or author names or years (yy. means century).
Second, I have made an html tool. Search this page for the same or for extra folio captions. Click the thumbnail to get a larger image.
If you let all the thumbnails load, you can save the page for future use (and use less website bandwidth). The thumnails are cropped so that they are have the same proportions.
