As I've said before – this game is the most impressive convention game I've seen in a very, very long time – if not ever!

Shawn.

This was the most fun convention game I have ever payed in. Thanks for all of the hard work, Mr. Christian and Co.!

Darby E04 Apr 2012 3:26 p.m. PST

…and I wasn't even aid to say that!

Scott, y'all just HAVE to get it to Millenium Con. It would seriously stand that con on it's head.

Green Askari04 Apr 2012 3:36 p.m. PST

Fist full of seamen. Why did that make me think this topic was going in another direction?

wingnut04 Apr 2012 3:42 p.m. PST

Darby,
Your ship was like 11 points from first place after the total was counted. We have to do this again.

If any one has a good story to tell about their pirate exploits in our game please comment on the blog. The game was so open ended none of us could follow all the mini adventures as they unfolded.

I always look forward to your presentations. Richard

Pursuant to Wingnuts' recent status as a Cad and in light of Port Cullis as evidence of exceptional creativity he is hereby removed from said status and with evidence found on the blog, in particular photos 11, 21, and 23 (island, crewed boat, and head of gold), but all in general he is hereby raised to the status of Right High Admiral of the Ocean Seas and Exalted Master of Puntations.

Granted this date by the Irresponsible Party behind the World's Largest Pirate Game in A Slightly Smaller Scale.

EMW,
I beg yer pardon Gov'ner. That's a lot of long words for we humble pirates. I just had worked my way up to Cad from the status of scalawag. Now yer tell'n me I have a new title? Is there rum with that new post? I can't say I sail with sobriety as a shipmate very often.

The Merry Caye was a structural adventure in design by Steve Hobbs. It actually breaks down into smaller pieces for transport. I hope people will be inspired by both your game and my work to build beautiful games to support their local conventions.
