I think we need one.

Scorpio04 Apr 2012 10:03 a.m. PST

I don't think we have so many threads about Doctor Who gaming that a separate board is warranted.

Altius04 Apr 2012 10:04 a.m. PST

Have never seen even one episode, but in keeping with tradition…

Parmenion04 Apr 2012 11:33 a.m. PST

No. I agree with Scorpio. There are already better fora for discussing Doctor Who gaming.

tiger g04 Apr 2012 11:39 a.m. PST

Fora?

skippy000104 Apr 2012 4:33 p.m. PST

Won't it periodically change into another board?

mrwigglesworth04 Apr 2012 5:25 p.m. PST

YES

Wolfprophet04 Apr 2012 8:13 p.m. PST

Yes, yes we do need one. But we do not need a 15mm or 28mm specific board for it..just a general one.

Fora?

Noun. Plural form of "Forum". The original word for it anyways. "Forums" is the more modern form. Both are acceptable usage.

britishlinescarlet204 Apr 2012 11:19 p.m. PST

I think we need a number of sub boards for each of the Dr's companions…

greatwhitezulu04 Apr 2012 11:41 p.m. PST

no

Thanks Wolfprophet, I'm delighted to have my use of language deemed acceptable. grin

Though I do wonder if people who say 'forums' rather than 'fora' also say 'datums' instead of 'data', or 'erratums' for 'errata'…

forrester05 Apr 2012 5:02 a.m. PST

Please no….

I'm a fan, but Doctor Who fans on internet forums fight to the death over their likes and dislikes. At times "Gallifrey Base" is not a pretty sight.

There are already some good [and nicely behaved] forums [fora?]elsewhere.

There is a good set of miniatures and rules for Dr Who, so its appropriate for this site./

Angel Barracks05 Apr 2012 3:10 p.m. PST

I would browse it.
But then I would browse the sci-fi threads with Dr Who in the title too.

Willtij05 Apr 2012 3:16 p.m. PST

I am a huge Doctor Who fan but I say no. I don't think there would be enough traffic for it.
