Okay, I'll try posting here, since I'm not getting an email response: I'm an advertiser. I submitted a news item about 9 days ago, by email, which hasn't yet appeared. Bill mentioned that there is a faster way to submit news items (an online "form"?) but I haven't been able to find it. I contacted him by email yesterday morning, asking whether I should resubmit, or whether the story was coming soon? So… 1. Where is the news story submission form? 2. Is there a typical multi-week waiting period for news items? Or have I done something wrong? |

Use the button on your advertisers account page. After my recent illness, I've pretty much caught up on news submitted via the website, but have a giant mound of email and PMs to wade through. |

Yes, if you don't mind, could you direct me to that as well? I've looked under the Member account page, the "Advertisers" pages, the Member Services, etc., and don't see any link. |

Bill, there's no point in running the original ad from March 23 anymore, since it's two weeks out of date and no longer "news." But could you please offer some guidance and instruction on this? If you're not going to run ads submitted by email, and not going to respond to email queries, then could you please instruct us: How to find the "advertisers account page" and how to submit ad copy from there? I've scoured my email folders and I don't have any sort of link from you. Perhaps you sent it and I deleted it months ago, Who Knows. Anyway, I don't have it. I Googled it, and all I could find was this: TMP link …saying that there was no way to access it from TMP. |
