GW Boars with wings from….

Reaper Dark Heaven Legends?
Dark Eldar Scourges?

Either way, I'm glad I was around to see the day that pigs flew!

GW Boars, indeed.

The wings are from the Heroclix Moonstar/Mirage figure (a female on a winged horse).

They came assembled on the stands (well a friend of one of my friends had to give them (and a few other GW figures, partly assembled) away to a good home. So I left them on. For flying figures, I have some 1.5" diameter hex stands (of various heights) to put figures on for elevation (I don't normally use a spraypaint lid).

I now have to decide if I want riders on them. I kind of like them like this and now want to follow up with a few couatls.

EDIT: And after posting, I just realized the nailed them to their stands quote. Even if I did intentionally invite MP quotes. Duh! on me.

Yeh…If you hadn't nailed them there, they would be "muscling up" to your opponent's forces and…Voom!

[Voom? Those wouldn't voom if you put 10,000,000 volts through them. evil grin]
