There's not a lot more I can add to the title. I've just posted pictures on my Blog of my dead cow project.
These are purely 'set dressing' models for my 15mm Normandy games. These are by Peter Pig and cost the princely sum of £2.60 GBP for six (plus the 2p coins to mount them on!). BigLee blmablog.com |

Nice job! I bought a pack of these from Peter Pig and used them as accents for terrain features and unit bases. They've made their way into several of my armies, from ACW all the way up to my moderns. |

Cow tipping? Is that 15% of the tab? |

It took me years to finally pursuade a 28mm maker to produce some dead cows.. thankfully Warlord gave in. They really add to a ww2 normandy table. Only comment is they don't look quite bloated enough and the legs are in rigour mortis.. ie stuck out straight.

I need dead zebras for my lions to munch on! Strange as it may seem, there is a need (desire) for a variety of dead beasties – in 15 mm, mind you. Yes, a naked dead horse could be a stand in for a zebra – who makes naked dead horses, then? And vultures. And I still want human skeletons as battle field debris – the fantasy ones just are too cluttered with armor and swords and such. Nice paint job on the cows. |
