Guys, I am seeking the unit strengths for the Peruvians and their allies during the pacific war 1879-1883, I am especialy interested in the Orbats for The Battle of Tacna, I am aware of the units that made up the allied side but can find no info for their individual strengths. I am aware of the Nafziger lists but cannot seem to access them.
Any help would be greeatfully appreciated.

Try obtaining a copy of "Andean Tragedy: Fighting the War of the Pacific, 1879-1884" by William F. Sater. He has a number of orders of battle for the War.

"The approximately 13,500 men of the Chilean army, supported by 38 guns and 4 machine guns, advanced towards the Allied defenses under the sound of their marching bands and in perfect order. At the extreme right stood the First Division of Colonel James Amengual with the Esmeralda Regiment and the battalions of Valparaiso, Chillan and Naval, plus 120 Sappers. To his left, at the front of the Allied defenses, the Second Division of Colonel Francisco Barceló composed of the 2nd of the Line and the Santiago Regiments with the Atacama Battalion No. 1.
As a reserve, located behind the lines of the Second Division and closing on your right with the First Division, was placed the third Division by Colonel José Domingo Amunátegui composed of the Marine Artillery Regiment and the battalions of Chacabuco and Coquimbo.
On the left, the Fourth Division of Colonel Barboza Orozimbo the Lautaro regiment and the battalions of the Desert Hunters and Sappers.
In the rear, the Cavalry with the riding Hunters and Yungay Police Squad No. 2, supported by the Mountain Artillery
Regiment No. 2 at the command of Colonel Joseph M. Novoa. More to the rear and away from the firing range of the infantry, was located the headquarters and Reserve led by Colonel Mauricio Munoz and composed by the regiments 4th of the Line, 3rd of the Line, Nb 1 Buin of the Line and the Battalion Bulnes.
