Hello, there is a chance that I will be relocating to Singapore sometime in the middle of this year and I am wondering if anyone knows of active wargames groups in the area. I sent an email to napnuts but didn't get a response so I'm not sure if they are still active.

Thanks in advance.

When I lived there in the 90s there wasn't much happening on the wargame scene. I became very good at solo-gaming. At the time there were some GW Fantasy gamers – teenagers mostly at a couple of the Games/Comics stores.

Did you move to Singapore?

Try the boardgamegeek site they organise various things. I know of many wargamers who have moved there. What happens to them?

Hi – I'd like to bump this thread.

Would be keen to know of wargaming in Singapore. Surely there has to be something going on there?

Well for what it is worth there is a X-Wing trench run game being held the 24th and will take place at "Gamersaurus Rex" starting 1pm.

Here are the rules:

Hi Fraser,

There are some active FOW players operating out of Paradigm Infinitum Fushionopolis, while PI at Midpoint seems to be just WFB and 40K.

Most of the Nap Nuts players have either left Singapore (or seem to have) or are not actively gaming, the last I heard from them was about 4 years ago.

Myself and a guy called Thomo (if you google "wargamers in Singapore" you will find his blog) have been gaming semi-regularly, and are trying to make it a little more regular. Periods played are varied, and tend to run the gamut of what is "shiny" this month. But so far has been focused around ACW, and ancient greek…with future moves into ww2 and Napoleonics…or what ever else looks attractive.

So let's talk.
