Part One – Falcon Figures UK – After several weeks of waiting, I am reaching out to the esteemed membership of TMP to see if we can get an updated status as to if Falcon Figures UK are still in business. I ask because my enquiries to them have gone unanswered and their website hasn't been updated for quite some time (meaning several product lines still are not available to be ordered online). Can we get the full scoop from someone in the know? They have some products I would like to order, but the lack of response and lack of website updates have me more than a little concerned about receiving any order I might place with them.

Part Two – Falcon Miniatures USA – These folks make a slew of 25mm colonial ranges, but didn't they also have full lines of American Civil War and Franco-Prussian figures? If so, they are not listed on the Falcon website falconminiatures.com Just who might be selling the 15mm Franco-Prussian range these days?

Yes Falcon UK is still around. It is owned by Quatermawster USA in VA. They were at a recent VA convention and are on the list to be at Cold Wars. Quatermaster was a Canadian company until Kai bought them. Then he got Falcon UK a few years later.

Yes the ydid have 15mm Franco-Prussian, ACW and another one.

Check with Keith. He bought Falcon when Jim P passed away. he is a great guy.

I ordered from Falcon USA once. I did get my order but it was more on the slow side and it was difficult to get ahold of Kai.

Keith is supposed to be at Cold Wars. He and Frank have finally solved whatever issue they had with the casting machine (according to what Frank told me at Fall-In) and they're working on getting the lines back into production.

I asked specifically about the FPW and Frank said they were looking to having it back around Historicon, but they were redoing the ancients first.

That's good news. I would like to see Keith start turning out my old 1/285 micro-armor range once again. Some of them were really interesting, like a towed 90mm AA gun.

I am trying to get two packs of Falcon 15mm War of 1812 US Rifle command USN09 but have had no luck with the Falcon Zen shopping cart or e-mailing them. I hope they are at Cold Wars with their War of 1812 inventory.

Keith did not atttend Cold Wars as a dealer, so I was not able to ask him about the 1/285 scale range. However, a mutual friend advised that the range is in hiatus.

Once again having trouble contacting Kai, and an order I played in late January has still not arrived.

The weebly site may work, but the products area is password protected.

Everything seems to be password protected – apart from the pdf download of a 2012 catalogue. This looks like the internet equivalent of a padlocked storefront.

I used them a few years ago and had the same issues, slow response to emails etc. if at all, ordered some stuff in person at one of the 'cons at Lancaster never heard from Kai ever again so just gave up on them. So I am sorry to see nothing has changed with the company.

Hello.

Information that can save you a disappointment.
Do not order to falcon figures USA, they are swindlers and robbers.
In January 2014, with friends we ordered figures for a significant amount (over 180USD with shipping). Of course, falcon figures cashed our money but, despite many reminders which they no longer answer, we have not received anything to date.
We must condemn this behavior, we suggest you to boycott this company and do to these people the publicity they deserve.

Best regards.
G.L.
