It's good to see something like this even if it is unofficial. Our group has been shifting toward smaller battles for some time and this looks very useful. Have to get some playtesting time in. Thanks for the tip!

Actually, these close quarters rules with the modified turn order was published in White Dwarf and then in one of the expansion books. When I read them, they didn't seem like much of a change.

The scenery is a bit steep, since you probably need more that 4 boards (90GBP) to be able to maintain much variety in games.

However, it shouldn't be too hard to fabricate suitable/interchangeable boards for a fraction of the cost
