Back a few years ago I was at the Havoc convention in Massachusetts and bought some basing materials from a guy that was a local vendor that was based in New Hampshire. They sand mixtures in various colors and green grass flocking that I love.

Stuff is great but I did not save the name of the company.

The bags were a clear plastic bag with white cardboard folded and stapled over the top with the company name on it. I think he also had a line of 28mm fantasy or something.

link has a picture of what the brown basinge material right out of the bag and the grass looks like.

The green grass, I'm fairly certain, is the same as from a variety of places (probably just bought in bulk and re-packaged). Check out Gale Force 9 or Games Workshop.

Can't help you with the sand as I mix my own.

So I found the name of the company it was The Tin Dictator. I guess he moved out to Arizona then went out of business. Does Anyone know if another company picked up his sand and flock products by any chance? I see his fantasy miniatures Dragon Rune got picked up by another company. Thanks to everyone in advance if you have any info I would appreciate it.
