Do the Old Glory 25mm line figures have the sennet(straw) hats or the regular sailor caps with tassle? Although the Perry Miniatures Naval Brigade (for Sudan) look very nice, I'd prefer the straw hats. Does Perry makes straw hats for their sailor figs? Any pics would be great. How do the Perrys naval figs compare to Old Glory naval figs? Thanks |

Thanks! It looks like a mix of both. I don't know why I didn't see that picture before. I think I'm looking at 2 different Old Glory 25 sites from the same manufacturer LOL! Can anyone post links to figure comparisons between the naval figures from Old Glory and Perrys please? |

Copplestone have some really nice sailors in Sennet hats, similar to the Foundry DA figures (same sculptor). Eureka have Naval Brigade figures suitable for c.1900 such as the Boxer Rebellion as they have bandolier equipement. |

I don't know why I didn't see that picture before. I think I'm looking at 2 different Old Glory 25 sites from the same manufacturer Only recently did Idiscover that O G 'apparently' has various links. I now have "Old Glory 15's" and "Old Glory Miniatures" as seperate links. I guess its a good sign, business is expanding. I just wish "someone" did the Naval Brigade in 28mm in Plastic. Of course the down side would be, unlike ye ol' lead, that can be bought in small packs, plastics area always sold in sets ranging from 20 to 40+ to a box. |

They're separate links because they're separate commercial entities: 19th Century Miniatures (Old Glory 15s), and Old Glory. |
