Part III of my Task Force Shoemaker campaign Part I TMP link & Part II TMP link In mid-afternoon of the 5th, the 11th Cavalry surrounded Snoul, with the 2nd Squadron on the east and 3rd Squadron on the west. 3rd Squadron, moving through the rubber trees to encircle the city, triggered an ambush set to hit the 2nd Squadron as they took the airfield and silenced anti-air guns.

Read all three reports. Great looking figures and terrain! I liked the inter-linked encounters. Would have preferred a happier ending for the ACAV. :) Ted |

Thanks Ted – unfortunately for the Americans in the third scenario, their commander showed little respect for the VC and paid the price.
I'll be posted the scenarios in the next few days. |
