If an officially licensed version of Games Workshop's Battle Fleet Gothic was available for the Starmada ruleset, would you be interested?

* yes
* no
* not interested in Battle Fleet Gothic
* not interested in Starmada

Not for Starmada… for Full Thrust, maybe.
Neither one seems likely.

Yes.

yes

Yes, although it really is quite easy to just do it yourself – IMHO kind of the point of Starmada!

Maybe

Fire Broadside06 Feb 2012 7:53 a.m. PST

Very well might be. Have quite a lot of old BFG ships lying around. :)

KJdidit06 Feb 2012 8:56 a.m. PST

Nope.

No.

elsyrsyn06 Feb 2012 10:33 a.m. PST

No, because of lack of interest in BFG. Starmada, however, is a great game. Now if they'd just stop releasing new editions that don't really improve it!

I love Starmada as well. BFG never really caught my fancy.

WarpSpeed06 Feb 2012 2:35 p.m. PST

We gamed "Sky full of ships" as BFG,worked out reasonably well.

EvilBen07 Feb 2012 7:35 a.m. PST

Not really, though I like both games, and I have loads of BFG ships stashed away somewhere. As Tim pointed out, it's perfectly straightforward to do it yourself.

If I wanted to use the models in the same setting but with a different set of rules I think I'd start with Colonial Battlefleet.

Yes, yes indeed.

GW will never agree to this ever. Not in a million years.
