They look like recasts of Kenner SW figures with some changes to the limbs.

Nice find! They do look a lot like the Kenner toys I had as a kid. The Leia figure has that same "dress with legs" look they frequently used.

Yep – I see the remnants of the Kenner leg articulation on 21B. Those are cast from the old toys, but most have resculpted arms. The Leia figure was made from her Bespin variant.

They could have been made any time in the last 30 years. Those original figures aren't worth much or hard to find these days.

I assume they're around 90mm tall?
