Flag 'quickie' – tutorial On request I've put a simple tutorial on my blog showing how I do the flags for my Sedgemoor units shown below. Hope some of you find it useful for doing your own flags (if you don't already!!) More deatils in future posts. Blog at: themetalmountain.blogspot.com I know there are plenty of top quality commercially produced flags available but some periods are a bit lacking at present so we have to do our own!!
Thanks for looking. Olddorg |

For some reason I can't post a comment on the blog. Nevertheless, a very useful blog entry – nearly confident enough to give it a go! ;O) |

When painting flags, should one use something other than our hobby acrylics?? |

Thanks for sharing your pics, and techniques. Who makes the late 17th century figures you are using for your units? They look very nice. |

Thanks for the supportive comments. I find using Acrylics or any other paints fine – just whatever suits you! The late 17th Century figures are mainly from Dixon Miniatures (UK) with the odd Foundry figure. Thanks Olddorg |
