Nope. Not Science Fiction. Or pulp. History.

Irrational Number Line Games' Idea of the Week details the set up for a historical game for the Williamsburg Muster 3-5 FEB. The theme of the Muster this year is the wars of 1812, so what could be better than a nice skirmish game for the Luddite Rebellions in England from 1811-1814?

This game will pit Luddites, hired mercenaries, factory workers, regular British Army forces, and … gasp … women in pitched combat to either protect or destroy the factories.

Thanks. We'll post an AAR on the site a couple weeks after the event. I'm hoping to get a few people who take it seriously and a few who take it a little less so.

Since you're in Travis, TX, I guess you won't be there … but that jackalope in your profile pic could make easy going of the commute.
