That is a picture from the new VC army book. Interesting blog article that accompanies the picture, trying to justify the cost of GW VC figures/book against other social uses for the same money.

The new cavalry figures do look wonderful though.

There is Finecast Resin in there somewhere so GW will not be getting any of my money.

As far as I can tell the only finecast figure in there is the vampire count character at the front of the one unit of undead skeletons. It is tough to tell if there is a character in the unit of grave guard from the picture though.

For an army that has about 200 models in it, it seems like about 99% of them are plastic. And all of the terrain.

Overused words alert: WOW, that Coven Throne is Awesome! I am losing the battle to resist the impulse to build and paint one…all resistance is futile. I don't intend to build a VC army, so the CT will rule over itself : )
