Have you been part of a Warhammer 40,000 campaign using Games Workshop's Planetary Empires system? |

I can't even get in a game of 40K let alone a campaign. |

I bought the tiles – plus the hive city tiles – along with the Mighty Empires tiles, with the idea of one day putting together a 3D campaign map, but I haven't set up or participated in a PE campaign yet. I haven't painted all of the tiles yet, either. |

keep putting off buying a set. I'm interested because I have this idea it might rekindle some interest in actually playing 40K, but I know that once I buy a set it will just sit untouched on a shelf for years. |

Yes, and I've run quite a few campaigns using homebrew rules for each campaign. I use the same ones for both fantasy and 40k. It's cheaper and it works. yawargame.blogspot.com |
