Nice, who is the manufacturer?

Very nice! Have you tried using washes? They might really help to bring out some of the detail on the miniatures. I would recommend a quick coats of Games Workshop's Devlan Mud… I use it on all of my 15mm stuff…

Don't know about the others but the woman in purple in the middle is from RAFM.

I believe the officers are from 15mm Co's Laserburn range. I am unsure where the man in the far left is from though.

The Laserburn range surprised me with some of its gems, though they are on the small side of the 15mm scale creep.

The civilians are from a variety of manufacturers(RAFM, Blue Moon, Laserburn, and Rebel Minis) The Rebel Minis are Mike's Sci-Fi Mercs cut up and green stuff to make them look like

That's really clever repurposing Native American Villagers as Sci Fi civs! I see in Blue Moon's African range a set of African Villagers which would make great civs for a Sci Fi souk.

The Western and Pirate range civs might be harder to convert as their costumes are very period specific – though the Western civs would really establish that Firefly chic.
