Hi, This is a notice for Emperor vs Elector members, especially for those running Wittenberg, Poland, Lagerburg-Slobbovia and Beerstein: Accordingly with what I sought advice for at TMP link , an official retinue has just started journey from Vienna to Paris carrying some personality. Official announcement can be read at link , while the scene where it all has started is at link . To your own gaming/diorama/other purposes, the retinue itself can be considered as already on the way. Any eventual correspondence on the matter can be posted either at these two postings or straightly at my own e-mail address, soldadets [at] wargames [dot ] cat. Let's have some fun for Christmas --not just with family, but with our ever present hobby too! |

The best protection against an assassin is another assassin YouTube link (or, even better, a full team of them). Yet, against a mine, a machine infernale link or a group of snipers, the only safe protection is a decoy look-alike; *provided* no leak occurred. |

Hum
I've got an idea about this. Now that Claire Baizanville ( link ) has successfully ended her escorting duties to Marquis of Vilana ( link ), would she be granted permission for a small detour to Vienna? |

Of course! And she *loves* café Viennois, coffee with wiped cream as it is rightly done (as Franziskaner) only in the Kaffeehaüser of Vienna
Specially with croissants, and again nowhere else are they 'authentic'.

Sounds like a brilliant idea but my imagi-nation, Litharus, is a bit north and east of your path. Otherwise we'd be delighted to offer the hospitality and protection of the Grand Duke to the party. Safe journeys. |

The wilds of Alcovia, though full of rustic hospitality, are a bit far and out of the way as well. You are most likely to run into exported mercenaries or far-wandering bandits from there rather than any representative of the government (what there is of it) itself. If you need a loyal bodyguard though, nothing could pay off more than hiring a huge, hairy Kuzaki. Loyal as a mother bear, cunning as a wolf, and as hard to kill as a wild boar. |

hiring a huge, hairy Kuzaki. His Grace Francois III Duke of Bravant expresses interest in hiring a loyal Kuzaki regiment for his personal protection. Is His Grace correct in believing that they would be comfortable in a colorful Eastern European uniform such as this: link ? His Grace does favor the romantic and exotic. |

Good Day, If, sirs, your intent remains to travel overland for the entire route, then His Excellency must most regretfully stand aside, as his province is a bit too far south of your intended route to offer any assistance. For the Empire! Obsequeous K. Servile Embassador at Large Signing for Albrecht Herzog von Lagerburg |

Most thankful for your kind notes, Sirs. Appropriate announcements have already been posted at Emperor vs Elector main blog: link link Some of our own personalities discussion on the journey itself have also been narrated here: link |

If His Grace is looking to hire a Kuzaki he will find them most amenible to wearing any uniform. Yes, they do have a flare for the furry hats and long coats of their country, but there are many varieties of such attire to be had. Rest assured though that any uniform he might try to assign to such a noble steppe warrior is likely to end up with more than its fair share of homeland, local color worked into it.

Ridiculous picture protection considering none of the art on the complaining site is original to the site itself. PPPFff.. Let's try this again!
