On my blog "Small & Speedy Soldier Battles": link I've posted several scale comparison shots of Retained Knights, Irregular's Star Marines and GZG's New Israelis with various vehicles from my collection. Hope it helps. |

That Laserburn vehicle seems like it would be a better fit for 6mm
which is fine, I'm always looking for quirky 6mm stuff. |

Nice. Though this does reinforce my opinion that Irregular's marines are ugly as sin. |

Nice, I think the 1/72 tank looks really good as a heavy in 15mm scale |

Never mind the figures, which pound shop do you go to? |

Pound shops
what dollar stores were 10 years ago. Now all they got is crud. :( |

mad mac Poundstretcher! I had an excellent raid the other day – heaps of stocking filler vehicles and a whole load of magnetic games for next to nothing. The counters for the magnetic games are just the right size for my 15mm figures bases. I rarely go to town but when I do I can never resist trawling the pound stores for gaming stuff – drives the wife mad! |

Very cool. Were the capes on the officer and other guys added, or part of the model? |
Thorfin11 | 16 Dec 2011 12:35 p.m. PST |
The capes are part of the model – Irregular seem to do a lot of variation of kit and such like within the same basic pose of figure. As they say themselves "Most figures have up to six variants". I really like that aspect of the models. |

Cacique Caribe – I'm honoured, thanks! I'm pleased to "give back" just a little of the help and inspiration that I have generated from others blogs. mad mac – about a pound! :) No, they actually came as part of larger sets for 3 to 5 pounds. I reckon I got 2 to 4 useful vehicles from each set so I guess that's about 1.25 -1.50 each. |
