Did Hogwarts ever stay the same between the movies?

I could swear that parts of it moved around.

And that model of Minas Tirith is impressive.

I would have preferred to see a more personalized take on it than Weta's plan.

Weta's Minas Tirith is far too small for 250,000 people. It would be hard pressed to hold 10,000 people.
