I was going through my copy of Supersystem 2 and noticed that some of the powers had an asterisk next to the name. I couldnt find an explanation for the asterisk in teh book. What do the asterisk mean? Thanks Chuck |

Easy peasy. Page 16, right hand column, powers with asterisks count toward dice cap limits – they all provide more dice to some sort of pool or another. If you're putting off buying the third edition rules, don't. They're a significant improvement for the most part, best incarnation of the game to date. I just wish he'd sell the hardcopy printings more regularly – so many people (self included) balk at pdf-only. |

I've been playing it since 1st, and Scott's tapped me for editing assistance on several projects over the years. You can usually count on me to pipe up on rules Qs. :) |

Thanks for the help. I missed that bit. I was looking at giving 2nd edition a try for doing some Weird War Two games. Ill probably end up picking up 3rd edition. Id like a hard copy version as well. Im not big on pdfs. Chuck |
