Very nice, & one of the European cons that I have had on my wish visit list for sometime.

Thanks Burkhard. I thought the Leipzig game looked fantastic. Lots of exquisitely painted troops on great terrain. Very well done.

Looks interesting and some great boards.

Given that its about the same distance as Plymouth for me I wonder if I can get a day pass from the good lady?

Only problem is Google shows the following picture for the airport:

Thanks for the pictures – love the Pardulon table and those knights are very very sweet!

Nice. Went last year but could not pull it off in 2011. Maybe 2012?
Thanks for the photos.

You are welcome, guys!

@Andrew Beasley: There are several large airports not too far away in both the Netherlands and Belgium. i think the Tin Soldiers should be able to give you some advise which can be reached the easiest. Otherwise the ferry crossings at Calais and especially Dunkirk are not that far away either.

Cheers,

Burkhard

@Andrew,

Don't know why Goofle shows you this picture but City Jets has daily flights from either London City or Manchester to Antwerp. And no, they are not operating biplanes ;)

Alternative could be the Brussels International airport but then it would take you another hour to get to Antwerp.
Same if you took the Eurostar of course.

From Calais it is a 90-110 minute drive to Antwerp,Dunkirk a little less.
Zeebruges is about a hour drive, as is Hoek Van Holland.

As a last resort… the new venue for Crisis is literally less than 50 meters from the River Scheldt… :)

I have flown into Antwerp airport and it's not quite as bad as the picture looks. In fact for London visitors it's quite possible to do the flight from London City airport.
