After 8 years away my employer is moving me back to Auckland. While I already know a few gamers in the city more friends are always good. I play Colonial Battlefleet and Full Thrust but can probably be convinced to try just about anything with spaceships (would like to try AV:T just so I can say I have). In 28mm I play Song of Blades and Heros, Song of Drums and Shakos, Flying Lead, Mutants and Death Ray Guns and Combat Zone. Once again if you are willing to teach me the rules I am probably willing to give it a try if it crosses one of those genres (I'm particulaly keen to try Sharpe Practice to get a slightly larger number of Napoleonics on the table) I also do 1/300 WWII air combat, currently using the Mustangs rules but willing to try CY6. I'll be ariving mid December and expect to start gaming in the new year, otherwise I may see you at Battlecry. Robert |

Hi Robert – there are a few of us here at the AWC who are playing a bit of SBH & SDS including Me (My first SDS Game). A couple of the other guys also do 1/300th Air stuff – I'm into the 1/144th & 1/200th WoW myself (not that I've got round to playing it much). Several of us do or have done Full Thrust now or in the past (I have an extensive Babylon 5 fleet and am also interested in ACTA, and several other guys have large official FT fleets, etc). |

Great, I may see you at the AWC in the new year, I think the north shore club may be a bit closer but I'll try them both to see how they fit with my play style. Robert |
