Some 1:600 scale aircraft models are multi-part and require assembly. For metal models, what glue do you prefer?

super glue. I usually use the purple cap stuff or the gorilla super glue.

I use magnetic mounting, and worry that superglue might not handle the stresses (if someone picks a jet off the stand by the tail, instead of the wings, for instance).

But the non-superglues can be hard to control – I wouldn't want to get glue globs on the planes…

Super Glue/Gel. The Gel is thicker and doesn't run like the more liquid regular Super Glue. Robert

Slow Zap, I also use it to bind the magnets. Is much tougher than standard super glue.

LocTite Superglue Gel. Plus the bottles can be used to make awesome 2-6mm Sci-Fi/Fantasy buildings!

Superglue – gel for bulk use or curved surfaces, and I use running liquid superglue to flow into joints that are awkward to directly apply to or once a dollop of gel form has held everything in place
