One of the Bandai series Gashapon models, I found these excellent models for walkers in FWC 6mm, as they are each between 1/250 to 1/400 in scale, divided over their whole range.

The benefit being they are dead cheap apart from being Gundam mobile suits, which gives them bonus points and soft spots in my heart for an anime lover as myself

Is that one of the ones that is say 2" high, or the set that is around 5"?

Just curious, as it looks mighty good.

It depends a bit on pose and the actual model, but most gashapon models clock of around 3.5", this particular one with his `stretched out` pose and the flying base comes just at 4"
