I know, we're not supposed to suggest personal polls anymore (actually, I don't know this… I suspect it's true, but I'm not sure), but I think we should all chime in on what Murphy's Grandpa name should be. Here are my top thoughts:

Grandpa Murphy (Simple, but to the point)
Pappy (Sort of a WWII nod to Pappy Boyington)
Gramps (perfect for a guy who is going to wind up yelling at kids to get off his lawn)
Gramphy (a combination of "Gramps" and "Murphy")

Any other thoughts?

Given his penchant for abbreviations, she really should call him GPOM.

In truth, murph will be call, "the one wrapped around my little finger." While smiling and giving "the look".

The look will at first just be gas, but as she grows older it will be perfected to turning grumpy man into the man of spineless jelly. Such is the power of the daughter and magnified by the granddaughter.

Ah, murphy, we remember you fondly. And enjoy! Remember this model goes home….payback time…if so inclined.
