That was awesome! I just picked up more Form Tech buildings recently along with the Airfix rereleases. I REALLY am in love with this scale. It is such a visual treat to see. Thanks, John |

check out First Legion! link As expensive as his vehicles and figures are, his buildings are quite reasonable. They are much cheaper than collector's grade Conte pieces. |

Wow, they have some incredible items there! I wasn't aware of this vendor. Thanks for the link. I am finishing up some of my Conte germans in camo. I have converted some figs like my British infantry team firing a Piat. I also created an Mg-34 Falschirmjager team firing from a tripod mount. I broke down and just ordered the Verlinden Red Devil's Piat team. I also have just been sorting through the Airfix British support weapons set. I love the new resin Airfix is using. I also converted some 1/35 Maquis for use with my Western Front Americans. I did it after watching a bunch of Combat episodes!
I also ordered several boxes of Airfix 8th Army troops to fight my Japanese. I wish Airfix would release these. I have been using TSSD, BMC and Airfix knock offs for my Japanese so far. The Pacific will be a new foray for me in this scale. I have been thinking about doing the Eastern front but I haven't really seen many Soviets in plastic that I like. TSSD are ok. You just need more riflemen. I was curious about your scenario books. I have been wanting to buy up some of them but have no idea what scenarios each cover. Any tips would be really appreciated so I have an idea. I'd probably use my own 'Company Commander' rules. The DWC videos I keep watching have just increased my desire to really do this scale justice in my games! Thanks a bunch! John |
