Looks great. I have a 15mm project where I plan to attempt something similar using a small piece of sponge. Big thanks for listing the colors you used! Jeff |

You are welcome! I have heard other people use a sponge / foam. Tried it and it works, too. I always got better results with the brush, so I stuck with it. THX, Burkhard |

Burkhard, I tried my hand at some 15mm Flecktarn doing some Chinese PLA troops in their Highland (Tibetan) camo scheme. I used small natural sponge pieces to do the pattern. It seemed to turn out ok, but it was not overly fun to do. Thanks again for your tips, I plan to try some of your suggestions for my US Army forces. Link: TMP link Jeff |
